Environmental/Planning in college

    Hi there,

I'm considering returning to college to do something in the Environmental/Planning end of things - I already have a B.Sc in Computer Science but the work just doesn't float my boat.

I've been looking at a few degrees, specifically one in UCD: BA (Hons) - Geography, Planning and Environmental Policy. I was thinking that with this broad selection of subjects, it would probably be necessary to do a masters afterwards and i'm not sure that at 27, i'll want to study for another 4/5 years.

Is anyone studying something in this area? I'm particularly interested in the Environmental aspect of the above course, and i'd imagine the planning part would be v.interesting. What sort of jobs do you think you could you secure if you just did the 3 year undergraduate course?

Alternatively, if there was a way to get into this area as a postgrad, it'd be even better ... any suggestions?

    Thanks!
