"if he bets pot here" - I raise and call a push
"if he checks here" - I bet and push to a raise

"whats the plan for turn" - probably push all-in if the pot is around the size of my remaining stack, not if the board pairs.

Check raising all in here would prob be the preferred line I suppose but the stacks are rather deep so I think betting something like 60 with the hope of him raising and you coming over the top would also be good too.

OP is second to act here I think.
Ste's line would be probably the way I'd go here too.

this isnt a great spot but if he bets pot i raise/push.you still have fold equity vs AK/JJ and maybe AQ/KK no heart.also 88/99/random junk making a stand against a laggy player.

if he checks i check behind.i always find it suspicious when the p/f reraiser checks like this.i think a lot of the time its to c/r all in and i dont like calling off my stack here.

if you flat call flop and miss turn i fold to any sizeable bet.

You want to build the pot to the max while still leaving yourself with some folding equity. I would say Gholi's 60 + push line is best. If he only calls the 60 it's not disastrous for you, you might get a free check on the turn.

does everyone play this hand so aggressively?im not sure reillys hand is so strong here.if the villian is willing to stack off here i dont think we can consider overcards as outs.

I totally agree. When someone reraises preflop and checks the flop, it's almost always top set.

first of all im im position so 90% of the time he is betting near pot
and if i rasie his bet and he pushes im in a world of hurt and i am pretty much pot committed as a big dog

if he happens to check flop i am checking behind 1 gazillion % of the time

the problem is i nearly would rather be out of position for this hand so i can c/r all in at least giving myself some bit of fold equity

i feel steo5 advice here is committing to stacks with basically nothing -i cant see how this is profitable

you are never a big dog here, even if he has QQ we have 35% equity

if he pots, I shove - we have the best hand enough of the time to justify this aswell as folding equity over some betetr hands like AQ and maybe black kings

if he bets weakish I may take a cheap card or else raise enough to commit myself

If he checks, checking behind is fine. I might bet though - both work

in the end --im undecided how i played this

villian bet near pot on flop and i just called
i considered pushing but felt he would put me squarely on the ace of hearts
and call with any kk or aa- both unlikely i know or any set

    the turn was a blank-
he open pushed the turn ovebeting the pot -this felt real weak to me
what is his range here ? i thought KKh was or even AQ

anything i boringly folded the turn but debated calling until the time was up
tried to info in chat box afterwards -none given

    Given that
    A. he is LAG
    B. The table is v.aggro, making lots of 3-bets

I think you should 4-bet preflop, maybe even shove.

If he bets the pot, I think shoving is a reasonable option, since he can 3-bet loosely.
If he checks, then I think betting is best.

you basically played it the worse possible way this hand could have been played.
