    Broadband Provider? BTIreland Home

    How long were you waiting? 1 Hour, 46 minutes

    Did they Answer? NO

    Broadband Provider? Irish Broadband

    How long were you waiting? 2 minutes

    Did they Answer? Yes - and solved the problem with a next business day call out.

    How Long Holding for Support: 20 minutes, then at 9pm got message that the service was now closed
    Did I get assistance: No
