Jeez, whats sthe story with PPP, anybody playing this - is it me or what, i am finding it really annoying for some reason. Not a fan of it at all - seems tighter too, although that could be a good thing for me! Think i'll go with betfair

Nothing to do with PPP, they had no choice in the matter. They had to move to the new software.

I thought I'd give PP one more try and played a rebuy tourney on there. Couple of hands into it and I get all my chips in and lose, leaving me with 25 or so chips, went looking for the rebuy button and there was none  Gotta lose all yer chips to get a rebuy, genius idea!

Doesn't look like the software developers put much time in testing. lol......donkadevelopments!

spent 10 minutes looking for the buddy list, no sign of it.

only that gay "player search" thing that just stays on "seaching" for about ten minutes.

    back to boylepoker

this is the part i cant understand. the software is not new - ipoker has been running for years.
so there should be none of these problems
this makes it even more of a joke
what sort of people have been playing / running ipoker up to now ?

    ipoker is crap

It is a feature not a fault. It might not be a good feature, but a feature it is.

the fact it is a feature and not a fault makes it all the more shocking.

Most rebuy tournies I've ever played in, you had to lose all your chips to rebuy. I must admit I always found that the other way seemed weird to me....

Besides uping the prizepool it also gets rid of the **** situation of someone being left with 1 chip at the topup stage.

Do you think it will ever be on par with Stars / FT?

I've honestly not had that much of a problem with the new layout, even got used to the slider bar, (hint: arrow keys are the way of the future)
but christ almighty the amount of times I've gotten booted from a table just when its my turn to act...evil disconnects

I still don't know why you do this...

Locking this thread since there's already at least 2 Tribeca->IPoker threads covering all of the above points.
