have a record player but the drive belt has stretched a bit, where could I pick up a new one in Dublin? I assume they're generic once you know the right length...

Dublinn HiFi in Aungier Street if they ever open again (they seem to be gone) or Cloney Audio in Blackrock. I really don't think there's anyone else on the Island who can supply one. Is it a mainstream turntable brand?

Back in my days of repairing VCRs, an old trick we used was to soak the belt in warm soapy water for an hour or so to bring the rubber back to life. What have you got to lose ? Worked a treat for me !!

/edit: Maplins in Blanch used to sell spare belts for their belt drive DJ decks. Peats wholesale is another option.
