I don't see that you are beating a whole lot on the river but its only $1 to win $10+ so a crying call.

I'm always calling the river to that bet.

At this level I've seen complete bluffs throw out a 10% or 20% pot bet (I can only imagine they're trying to make it look like a value bet). Call, if nothing more than to get the info, especially if the villain is very aggressive.
You'd be amazed at how many times you win in this situation. Mad stuff really.
