Right click taskbar...go to Toolbars...select Windows Media Player.

I think this is what you are asking.

Alternatively he may be wanting to know hoe you get the quick launch button. I cant remember how to do so someone else will have to tell him ho to do it.

To get it onto the quick launch bar is simply a matter of dragging the shortcut into the quick launch area.
