Comparing Lists in Excel

Can anyone help me with this (see attached simple sample xls)

I have two lists with fields such as first name, last name, address 1, address 2 etc

I want to be able to produce

    a) Everyone in List 1 and in List 2 by only comparing a number of columns (first name, last name, address 1) but display all columns in List 1

    b) Everyone in List 2 that is not in List 1 by only comparing a number of columns (first name, last name, address 1) but display all columns in List 2

I did locate a free Macro call List Compare from www.pspsoftware.co.za, but it doesn't work properly as the resulting list shows mismatches that are actually matches

I also found Listcleaner Pro from WinPure which does exactly what I want but is is over €200 and we only need to do this once

Thanks, can you recommend an 'idiots guide' to using this function with plenty of examples :-)

Erm, not used it in ages. Look through excel help files and do it with test data thats really basic. Excel will give you the required info for the function.

Trial and error is always best :)
