Got mine from this place in Scotland (I think that's where). Good product, can't remember delivery time but I wasn't waiting until Christmas so to speak!

There is a harness and saddlery in William St in Limerick, that have a good supply of sticks of all types from walking to shooting.Might try them as well?

I use a handmade stick with an section of antler which is fine for hill walking and crossing bogs, but not great for accurancy at any distance. I read in the BDS magazine about using Bean Poles and nipped down to B&Q and bought two. After a bit of messing around with heights I drilled them and inserted a bolt and two nuts (using 2 prevents the first falling off and using a piece of cord prevents the sticks opening too wide). So for about twelve euro I have stick that provides a stable platform.
One drawback is that they wouldnt be the most silent bit of kit.

    :D

I did make my own for all of 12 euro but I made them for sitting shots not standing shots.
