Anyone planning on doing the plassy 10K run on 14th april? Has anyone done it before? Do ye know where the course usually goes?

I'd imagine the route is around the dublin road/industrial estates, the river bank could be a bit narrow. I can find an application form online but no map of the route. If i find one i'll let you know.
