    Hi all,
    A friend of mine is working in FF, IT department. He is due a pay review in the next few weeks and wants to know what to expect. Having taken a pay cut to join the friendly ones, he is concerned that it will be little more than a token hike. Does anyone know anything about their salary vibe? This pay review signals the end of 6 months probation.
