The results are mainly drawn up simply from your pose in the picture, look at the pictures they show you at the end of result, you will notice most of them are standing or doing something in there picture rather than looking like you.

hmm just did it with a different picture and came out a lot better. Apparently I look like Mark Whalberg, Josh Hollaway (sawyer in lost), Gary Barlow and Leonardo Di Caprio. I can live with that.
