    Hi,
I've ordered some tickets off ticket master in the last few months for things in the future (rugby matches / festivals) and havent received them yet.
Is there any way i can get ticketmaster to send me my tickets straight away? Or can i pick them up in any ticketmaster outlet?
    Thanks

Anytime I have ever bought of them the tickets arrived no latter than a week.
I would b a bit worried if the hadn't come after a month

Things that sell out quickly and have high volumes like festivals and matches generally get printed in batches and sent out as such so expect some delays. You cant pick them up anywhere before. I think the ticketmaster line is if you havent got them within 48hrs call them.

Ticketmaster aims to post all tickets within 72 hours of booking. If you have a confirmation number for your order, your tickets are likely to be on their way. If you have not received your tickets within 48 hours of the event, please contact us as soon as possible
just be patient and they will arrive but if they do not arrive about a week or so before the event then i would be worried.

i was in your boat - i bought tickets for bryam adams for ( somebody else;-) ) anyway. they took ages to arrive.

we booked it about september(when they were released) - and i thought there must be a prob since didnt have them by xmas. But early feb we recieved them.

the conecrt is not till may. but it was crazy. my gf was constantly telling me that its just the way ticketmaster do things and it always takes ages. she goes to a lot of conerts.

so i would not be worried. you have your receipt so your fine. when is the event?

Why, because you're more special than the thousands of other people ordering tickets every day? No.
Or can i pick them up in any ticketmaster outlet?
    God no.

Either way, if it's an event in London, you're gonna have to call Ticketmaster UK.

    Good luck with that.

Your tickets will be mailed to your billing address and delivered no later than 48 hours before the event

Relax. 48 hours is what they say, it could be a week before the event when you get them.
