To be fair, its a joke at this stage, I remember 10 years ago when it was being discussed and as far as I'm aware the land has been aquired etc.

Thankfully it doesn't affect me much now but every bank holiday there is often massive delays, all from people passing through.

i would guess there would be a list as long as your arm of places worse off.....
I hope that priority isnt given to those that shout loudest.....
