Do you need planning permission for an attic conversion that includes 2 dormer windows facing the Road?

    Thanks

I have neither the time nor the inclination to explain myself to a man who rises and sleeps under the tax revenue and the very freedom to spend it that I provide, and then questions the manner in which I provide it. I would rather you just said "thank you" and went on your way. Otherwise I suggest you pick up a bus pass and get the ********* ********* off the road”

If you had a dormer attic conversion for about 10 years and someone reported you for an unouthorised development what do you think the consequences would be?

If it was there for that length of time and there was never any contact made by the Planning Authority in relation to it then there is nothing they can do about it.

In saying that it still hasn't got permission and could be a problem in a sale or re-mortgage situation
