Ive been suffering beat after beat loosing buy in's and its got to the stage where i think poker is fixed :D

flopped nut flush and got all in to be beat by runner runer full house,

flop nut straight and the same.

    etc...

Anyway, is the only answer to lay off poker, as i may be tilting now, or just grind out the bad variance?

P.s Dont put me on you buddy list to clean me :(

I usually drop down a level and play it out cheaply.

Its a very strange phenomenon to be able to accurately predict board cards that hit villains hand when you get it all in ahead yet again !

Running bad is inevitable part of the game unfortunately. I think it's best as the other posters suggest drop down a level or 2 for a while, or try a different type of game for a while to chill you out, maybe play a mtt if yiou are a cash game player or a few sngs or vice versa etc. Don't fight too hard against the variance, it'll swing around when it's good n ready and not necessarily when you want it to, just get ready to ride the upswell when it happenz.
