I am hosting 4th degree Carlson Gracie black belt RICARDO REY DIOGO for a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu seminar in Limerick on Tuesday May 1st, here is a short bio of Rey,

-Black Belt Under Carlson Gracie
-Over 15 years of studying and training under Master Carlson Gracie
-Two time Brazilian National Champion
-2005 Black Belt Pan Am Heavyweight And Open Division Champion
-Multiple Time Regional Champion of Rio De Janeiro

Tuesday was the only day Ricardo was avaliable to come here to teach. So sorry to everyone that cant attend because of it being held on a weekday. But I would rather he was here on a Tuesday than not at all! Anyone living close to Limerick interested in grappling/bjj I would really recommend making the trip, the guy is world class.

great seminar, rey is a very technical teacher, and a really nice guy, overall it was "beautiful";)

Would love to see some of the pics that were taken, if antbody has them, can they be posted
