Micro level cash games. Can they be really be taken seriously

I usually play $5 sit'n'gos on full tilt. Tonight I decided to try a 5c/10c cash game.

Now I know the standard is atrocious at this level but it seems to me that players at this level don't really give a damn about their buy-in.
Some of the calls defy belief. Like calling off all his ships with 2nd pair on a flush / straight board. Limping and then putting an extremely tight re-raiser all in with K9s.
My BR doesnt permit me to play anything higher but I'm curious. At what level can I expect that most of the players will actually value the cash in front of them ... or does that happen at all?

probably the 25c 50c level is fairly normal
its certainly alot tighter than it was a couple of years ago
almost everyone now plays tight, either tight passive or tight aggressive
of course thery still like to limp into pots if allowed
not as many loose bluffers as there was
most people now know how to play properly because of websites and books

i would say 50c/1 or 1/2 is fairly decent, anything below is fairly loose and any 2 cards seem to go pre flop

I cashed out all my online money before i went traveling so im broke and back playing 10/20c on PPP

Been grinding it all day and up 9 buyins.

Im not even paying attention. My laptop is beside me while i watch tv. Playing premium cards and any suited connectors. And just wait for people to donk of there stack with top pair against my set/straight etc.

I dont think id be able to play this level if i was wasnt watching tv too. Way too boaring.
