I'd like to think that the junction north of Glanmire will be done properly without having a roundabout.

Sadly, this is Ireland and i have severe doubts.

IMO, I would like to see the Northern and Southern Ring roads to evenually be linked up without any roundabout etc to form one single circular road of the city.

God I hope they build this thing fully GSJed and not with roundabouts.

If they build it with roundabouts it'll be the South Ring Road farce all over again. Dont let them make the same mistake again.

Edit: Its still several years off as they havent started the EIS for it according to that. Think 2010, 2012 before they start building.
