    It's in aldi next Thursday. Looks good to me, but I just bought a fuji one so am out of the market. Battery charger and 512 MB Card too. Click on Thursday special buys to see it.

    I bought a digital camera from Aldi last year (same brand) except not as good as the one they are offering now. It is the best electronics purchase I have ever made. The battery life is superb. I only have to charge every 2 months and I use it quite a lot. The menus are simple and very user-friendly. If you are going to buy a camera this year, I highly recommend this.

    I would suspect that the lense and ccd isn't up to the same quality as a decent brand name camera.

    definetly getting one, will be the camera for "going out occasions"/festivals etc for 99 euro wont be have to be over protective of it!!

    ...load of crap, wouldn't touch it, every one of them traveller cameras are tripe, rebraded vivitar, look at reviews, ccds are aweful. get a nice 4mp canon or nikon or olympus or anything decent, drop into the photography forum and give a price range and you'll get suggestions
