Region specific recruitment agencies?

Looking for a change of scenery from Dublin after 8 years in the city, and thinking of moving to either Galway or Cork. Are there any region-specific recruitment agencies to enquire for financial/accounting related jobs, or is it pretty much go to a nationwide agency and hope for a regional opening? Thanks!
