Missing Menu along top

Last few days the menu from the top of the page has disappeared. Saw a similar thread but think that was for Firefox, im using IE7. Every boards page that loads it says errors on page. Anyone else suffer from this? Im sure its already been resolved I just couldn't find it.

happening on firefox. refreshing the page works sometimes.

It is something that the admins are working on, keep an eye on the threads 'Phase 1 complete..' or 'Shortcuts down' for more updates.
