I bought a camera from ibood weeks ago, but haven't received anything yet.

    Here's the corresponence:

    Me:
Can you tell me when I can expect delivery of my camera? I still haven't received any communication...

Them: we didn't receive they camera's yet, but when we receive them, we will
send the camera directly to: my address

Me: (after several days) I still haven't received my camera, despite the fact that I ordered the
camera weeks ago! Can you let me know what is going on?

Them:I contacted the TNT who delivers our products and they informed me that they delivered your parcel the 5th of March. I ask them to send us the
signature that was set for the acceptance for the product, but they will this
signature not before next Monday. If you could be so kind to send an
official document with your signature, then we can compare them.
We are sorry for any inconvenience caused.

So what do I do? The email sounds very dodgy? Why should I have to send them my signature? I never heard of this happening before....

They get you to sign for the package when it arrives.

They want to verify if you signed for it or not as it seems someone did. Have you asked your neighbors if they took delivery of it when you were out?

I understand that, but I mean I could ahve got the goods, and send them a signiture of someone else signing my name. it doesnt prove anything!

Another thing, I live in the country, so normally the courier gives me a call to get directions, but I got no call at all. Which is strange cos my address isnt something like "No. 4, pembroke sq", its just the name of the townland, and you'd need directions to find the house....

I've ordered from them twice without hitch, although the first order was a bit slow getting here
