Guys, im at my wits end, i can't concentrate on anything, i don't know if im over reacting and being silly but here it is...

my girlfriend is a week overdue for her period, she did a test just earlier and the test didnt work, its scaring the hell out of me. About a month ago we had an accident and she used the morning after pill, i don't know if this is causing her period to be a bit later or what. We've been very careful and used condoms everytime we've done it but i know there's always that chance. She's going to the doctor today to go on the pill and is going to enquire about this also...has anyone been in a similar situation, any advice?

The morning after pill will cause her cycle to go out of sync and that's why you think she is late.

Her doc should of told her that when she got the map. Dont worry just yet, do another test now though to put your minds at ease.

    Also, from netdoctor.co.uk:

"please note that your next period may come early – or late. But if it doesn’t arrive within a couple of days of the expected time, see a doctor."

The doctor will give her a pregnancy test before he puts her on the pill most likely.

I have taken the map before and my period always came 2.5 weeks after it was originally expected no matter what time of the month I took it.

This also happened me a few weeks ago. My gf was 2 weeks late but it was because the pill had knocked her cycle out. Don't worry too much yet mate, wait and see what the doc says.
