hi, im creating an app at the moment in php and mysql at a certain stage i need to open a popup - in this popup i do alot of stuff with ajax - however when im done there i would like to close the popup and pass 1-3 variables into text boxes in the initial page. is this possible ? tnx

yes you can use javascript onclose reload main window and have your variable saved in sessions.
