Flying in Ireland: A very nice website & group of fora with a local twist. Ideal for PPLs or spotters.

Flightlevel350: If you're not on dialup, this is the place to be. Videos aplenty here.

Aviation Safety Network: Accident Investigation, for the rubberneckers among us

ATC streaming via the web: Dublin and Cork are covered IIRC.

Airliners.net: Aircraft Photography, with a excellent search engine.
