    does anyone whos training on what days in the new gym - im looking to go back after a lenghty injury just wondered if the same trainers are there i know mike is a pro in thailand now

    Paul Kelly does Tuesday/Thursday/Saturday

    3or 4 times a week going very nicely now heading out to thailand to get a pad man and bring him back to help me in gym and then get some of the lads a regular fights... well thats the plan

    Hi Gmac,

    Times are as old, new address is 11 Arbour Place, Stonybatter, Dublin 7.

    Beginners classes: 7.00pm to 8.15pm Mon,Tues,Weds and Thurs.
    Fighters Classes: 8.15pm to 10.00pm Mon,Tues,Weds and Thurs.
    Fighters Classes: 3.00pm to 5.00pm Sat.
    Classes are €7 or €65 for a full month.

    There are now intermediate/fighters classes on Fri and Sun but you can check them out when down.

    Hope to see you soon and hope injury fully healed up.

    Coaches are Paul Kelly (Tues, Thurs, Sat)
    Eoghan Murphy (Wens)
    Darran Dowdall (Mon)
    Niall Molloy (assnt) (Mon, Tue, Thur)
