Creative Zen backup

i have a creative zen and would like to know if there is any way of transferring tracks from the mp3 to the computer for backup?or any other way of backing them up? i have tracks on my mp3 and i dont have their original files on my pc and was wondering if there is a way i can delete them from my mp3 now but have the option…

There is a sync manager program you can download from creative which can auto backup as soon as you plug in to your pc.
