No definitely not....any king or jack on the river and you cannot call...so please be betting almost the pot in this situation

I'd bet close enough to the pot here. There are plenty of cards we don't want to see on the river.

If they call you can see what happens on the river. If they fold you take down a decent sized pot and if they raise you can dump your hand and still have 100 odd bb left to play with.

the jacks fold is ok, I might call and play very cautiously post flop but folding is reasonable

oh yeah that hand, I bet 700, first guy min-raised :rolleyes: , he then bet 1700ish and I paid off his set.

First hand you should bet because there are a lot of worse hands that will give you action, and you're probably ahead. Second one I'd probably call expecting the players to be really bad, but folding is OK.
