DART Parking

    Hey just a quick question about carparking in Malahide dart station....is it free/pay+display and if I got there by 7am would I be guaranteed a space dya think? Any info appreciated :)

    I think the station car park and the castle (quarry field?) car park are both free, but the village is Pay & Display. I imagine 7am is OK, but it fills up quickly after that.

    I think the station car park stays open until 10-11pm but the castle car park closes about 7pm.

    Note, you can also get the 102 of 230 bus.

    Malahide Station car park is always full well before the 06.55 train leaves.

    Consider Portmarnock as an alternative... has a big car park.. not sure if is full at 0700 or not but is only a few minutes further by car!!!

    Full before 6.55! feck dat...hmm i reckon ill look in2 parking at portmarnock station so. Tanx all 4 ur help :)

    There is a big car park across the road in Malahide Castle, but as I said it closes at about 7pm.

    Do not park between the ESB / mobile phone station in Portmarnock or you will be clamped

    Tanx for that Victor. Does the castle car park open early. Someone told me it wasnt open til 10 am??
