money transfer

i have to transfer money into someones account tomorrow but their with a different then me so do i put it through from my account(BOI) or do i go into their bank(AIB) and put it in that way?? sorry if it seems a stupid question...i can be a bit of a blonde at the best of time

You can do it by phone or internet banking. If you want to go to the branch you need a pre-printed bank giro form (they're in the back of cheque books) to transfer it from your branch, otherwise you'd need to go to their bank to lodge it.
