Hey guys, having a problem, dl the new update and when i login this message appears. I cant whisper anyone but i think people can whisper me. "GM Help Tickets are Currently Unavailable" Any help would be appreciated

Happens for me as well. Don't know why it happens but it seems to happen a lot after every patch.
