After last nights radio show I got to thinking about the shops selling replica firearms to the public.

It would be in our best interest to do a spot of investigation into the subject, so here is what I am proposing.

If you spot a store that is selling these replicas pop in and make a note of what they are selling paying close attention to whether they are an actual firing model (and the various bits and bobs in that), the cost, who they are selling to (i.e do they have a sign up requesting ID and being over 16) and just how real these things look.

DO NOT CONFRONT THE STAFF OR OWNER REGARDING THE ISSUE.

Send the name of the store, an address and telephone number of the store if you can get it by PM to either myself (Hivemind187) or to N.O.I.P.

We wont be contacting the stores directly or publishing any information about them, its simply to get a grass roots understanding of what is bothering the Helen Lovejoy's and give us an idea of how best to distance ourselves and apply regulation to our own field.

This is not an excuse to harass or intimidate or annoy business people who are more than likely only trying to make a few quid to live on, so I re-iterate. DO NOT CONFRONT THE STAFF OR OWNER and send all info via PM to myself or NOIP.

I know. I have bought my throwing knives etc from them. They are ok though, they ask for id and record your details. Its not a perfect system but they arent selling anything that fires.

Didnt realise you were in the Bray area.
