    hi all,

got today my first sky box ever. so please forgive if this question sounds stupid...

Is there a way to have the program schedule of a particulare channel on a whole page on it's own?

I only can get the TV Guide page with the channel list and scroll horizontally through the channel's upcoming events. Wouldn't it more useful to have the channel's program listed vertically on a seperate page?

    thx,
    TC

yes. But it deosn't. FTA receivers can do both views, but only for German/Austrian channels as the UK /Sky only transmit extend info in the Sky proprietary "open TV" made by Thomson.

DO go to Settings and create up to 50 favoirtes.

Then in Guide press Blue button and at least you only have the channels you want on EPG (guide).

As watty said its only now & next on fta boxes.. so if you want an epg you will need to stick with the sky box....

there are addons for some of the better dreamboxes that download epg's off the internet.. but its not a real epg, just a listings page...

    Hey, thanks for the replies!
I already have created a favorite list which is accessible via the blue button and not as a separate list to zap through.

I have to say the handling in terms of channels and EPG is quite a disaster at the sky box. i can't move channels, can't delete unwanted channels, can't see properly a full day program listing for one particular channel...

Well, i'm really spoiled by my Technisat MFS-4 and it's extented EPG and possibilities.

Forgot to add that I'm having a sky subscription. But that will not make any difference I guess.

as watty says go in to prog guide and then press blue button, only your favs will be in the list then..
