If you have the latest shiny Office 2007 there's a "Save as PDF or XPS" add-on available from MS themselves.

PDFCreator has the huge advantage that you can not only print to PDF but also print to image files including JPG, PNG, BMP, PCX and TIFF as well as Postcript (PS) and encapsulated postscript (EPS). That's what sold it to me, anyway. Both PrimoPDF and PDFCreator use Ghostscript as their basic engine, so output should be the same, quality wise.
