Is it possible to modify flash web games (free ones) that you download of the internet?
if so what would i need to add in my own sounds etc?

Yep, Well you can get programs to open up the resources contained within the .SWF file and change them yourself. But I really have to wonder at your motivation, if its just to see if you can, go for it :D

Just google 'swf decompiler' and you'll be on the right track.

not a very nice thing to reverse engineer other ppls work without permision tho ;)

    Best o' luck

Not a very legal one either, especially if you are using it for your own gain
