Custom's Duty/Import Tax on Comics?

As far as I know, books are exempt from import duty and taxes, but are comics? I want to get some (Graphic Novels) from Amazon.com, but want to make sure I won't get charged duty as the total proce will be about €50.

Like they say. charging vAT and customs duty starts from 45euro, just beware it.
