i need a gps serving louth /meath/dublin areas

hi a while ago i was in a taxi.he had a sat nav,made by garmin i think but it mainly served dublin.he could`nt really find anywhere in drogheda or louth.i work in ardee and i have a very bad sense of direction so does anyone know where i can get a really good gps to help me get from balbriggan to ardee?and one thats going to show dublin as well .and if it showed things like cinemas and hospitals that would be even better.thanks

Look at the Airis T920 thread in this forum. It should do you fine.

All the new Garmin products should come with v9 mapping which covers the whole of southern Ireland.
The Garmin will also be updatable in the future should you want to load newer maps or maps of other areas, unlike the Airis for example which seems to use a customised version of software which may not be easy to update, and certainly won't be as well supported as a Garmin.

250 yoyos will get you a Garmin c510 delivered with full Uk/Irl maps preloaded on ebay.
