IR Day/Night Outdoor Sec. Camera - Recommendations

I have installed a pc based 16 channel DVR card. Now all I need is a decent day/night vision outdoor camera. It doesnt have to cover a great distance - just a few metres...say max. 10 metres. What is important is that its reasonably discreet. I'd prefer if it wasnt that noticeable. Any recommendations or experiences?
