They have some listed on myhome.ie and on propertynews.ie

The times on a thursday, the indo on a friday and the indo & tribune on a sunday usually list all new developments.

The best way is to go to the individual estate agent websites and sign up for their mailing lists for new developments. HOK, HookeMacDonald, Gunne and SherryFitz should get you pretty much everything.

Have you tried the 'new developments' link on myhome.ie?

    It's not a definitive list, but it's a start.

    Try Cityside

Developers now asking for less as slide begins
THE era of queuing for several days for a new property launch are gone.

The buyer now has the upper hand and prices are being slashed in some new developments as they attempt to sell off the last of the homes.

Cityside in Meakstown, north Dublin, is one such place. Located near Finglas village, Hamilton Osbourne King have cut €60,000 off the price of a number of its three-bed houses.

    Last October, a 125sq m three-bed home cost €495,000 - today it costs €435,000. Two-bed apartments with 63-68sq m of space have been reduced by €25,000 to €345,000.

Maybe you should wait for a year or two as prices are falling.
