It's lovely with Baileys, but is there anything else that's nice to mix with it? It's just it's too sweet and sickly drinking it straight....

Just looking for some mixing tips!!! :D

Not sure about other cocktails but I think it's rather nice in hot coffee. Tried it in iced coffee on holiday last year as well with a little vanilla ice cream float and it was lovely.

Butterscotch then float the Baileys and top off with Grand Marnier-The Butter bollix
Lovely after taste and doesn't go down to bad.

Actually sorry to drag up an oldish thread but this is an odd cocktail that myself and a friend invented.

Were looking for the makings of fat frogs, but they had no bacardi breezer, so instead we bought some mickey fins raspberry (not so good) and some butterscotch and vanilla.

An even mix of blue wicked, smirnoff ice, and mickey finns butterscotch.

absolutely lovely. we called it Armitage Shanks if I remember correctly - not that it made us puke, its just we were in a pub toilet when trying to think of a name for the drink, and that happened to be there :P
