not stronger as such, you can keep pluckin when it regrows, no big deal if its just 2 and they're black anyway

Shaving does not cause hair growth nor does it cause it to grow back stronger.
Just pluck it again when it grows back.

Shaving doesnt make hair grow back stronger, although pluckin CAN sometimes make the hair grow back thicker, as the follicle is damaged, so more blood flows to it to heal it

I have the same hairy cheeks problem! I usta always pluck but now I just shave them. It looks like ders mor hair than before, but its only cause all the hairs are equal now

    Laser/Electrolysis FTW!

It's only a small area so getting laser/electrolysis treatment would actually be a feasible idea, but only if it annoys you that much. Wouldn't worry about plucking it tbh.
