ok,... i compiled a short movie with soundtrack using the windows movie maker, and all was well

i decided to do another , but every time i upload a long video it crashes,.....on a little research i find that it is commonplace for moviemaker to crash frequently.

it is actually impossible for me to upload this video without the program crashing.

so,.... ive decided to get another program,

can you recommend any alternativefor a novice ???
    nothing tooo complex please god.

Not sure what you mean by "upload" - do you mean render/export?

yes,... i mean to add a video from my digital camera/pc onto the program to use in my new video effort. not too sure the terminology to be honest.

anyway,...what other programs could you suggest for a beginner , instead of moviemaker ?
