    my brother is moving up there ,is ntl on cable or ariel there?? i dont have a clue about dublin and the inchicore area.

    Cable, Aerial only gets you rte and tv3 badly at that.

    Cable (digital OK, analogue varies in quality), Satellite (About 45 decent free channels) or a good Aerial will get you at least 4 channels free.
