Per the Resourse stickie - Derrick Nelson 01 4942741 - expensive but arguably worth it if its an expensive LP

Expensive and you will be waiting ages. Try Eugene from the Guitar workshop, he repaired my guitar, and did an excellent job. Google him, or the number is on the sticky

Aye, get it done right, regardless of how much or how long.

Ain't it about time Gibson added a volute to those bleedin Les Paul necks though? Feckin ridiculous how a two grand guitar has such a blatant design failure.

Post some pics.. is it across grain or scarf joint split?? God knows it could crack anywhere on a gibson with multipiece voluteless necks... they use mostly solid colours on necks for a good reason nowadays ha...

It's even more ridiculous that there are only three (that I know of) reputable guitar repair work shops in the capital of a country of the most famous rock band in the world.

Fair enough. So now we have one fully qualified guitar tech in the whole of the greater Dublin area. Maybe if he had more competition he might not be as expensive.
