These are in Xtra-Vision right now.. a huge library of over 100 Paramount movies at 3 for €25. You can either order them online from Play or HMV (excl. delivery) for 3 for £15, or drop into your local Xtra-Vision and hope they've the ones you want in stock.

Browse the collection at Play.com here

Just a few of the titles include:
    • An Inconvenient Truth
    • Nacho Libre
    • Anchorman
    • Old School
    • Napolean Dynamite: Like, The Best Special Edition Ever! (2 Discs)
    • Grease: The Ultimate Sing-Along Special Edition
    • Grease 2
    • Top Gun (2 Disc Set)
    • The Truman Show: Special Collector's Edition
    • Team America: World Police
    • American Beauty
    • Once Upon A Time In The West - 2 Disc Collector's Edition
    • Clueless: Special Collector's Edition
    • Deep Impact: Collector's Edition
    • Pretty In Pink
    • Footloose
    • Planes, Trains & Automobiles

    And much much more.

There's a lot of great stuff in it... the first one i'm planning on getting is the Ferris Bueller's Day Off: Bueller... Bueller... Edition

It will have to do til we get a definitive John Hughes boxset (i.e containing The Breakfast Club, Weird Science, Uncle Buck, Planes, Trains & Automobiles, Ferris Bueller's Day Off, Weird Science and Sixteen Candles). There is one or two of these in the sale above so might start making my own John Hughes boxset. Christ, what a rant on my part! (think it was because i heard Simple Minds "Don't You Forget About Me" on the radio today and i've got a "Breakfast Club" / John Hughes about me!)

This version has a bunch of extras but not the commentary track from John Hughes thats on the earlier DVD release!
What is the story with the movie studios and multiple versions?

    FYI
    Its 3 for €24 from Play.com and 3 for €22.99 from sendit.com here
