hey dont know if this is the right place to put this up but i somehow have downloaded something that keeps popping up and playing an add for some random digital adventures thing, its really annoying, i think it started when i downloaded a pod cast about a week ago. Im also gettin my anti virus (avg) goin nuts every hour or so stopping trogen horses this happened to anyone else?
ive tried deleting all my temp files and running all my differant anti virus software which is fully updated and ive my firewall up. also seem to be getting random snippets of the site i downloaded the podcast from

Not really a security issue,

get a firewall
run the av in safe mode
get anti spyware tools

don't forget to change permissions on the hidden folder "\system volume information" so you can do a virus scan on it too, other wise you will just restore the problem

cacls or taking ownership should work
