Does anyone know roughly how much it would cost to have a lawn rotavated and have an instant lawn rolled out? The garden is a standard sized one in a semi detached house in an estate. Approx 20 feet by 20 feet. Any help greatly appreciated!

Done this myself last year for similar size garden. The rotavating would probably cost the most if you were to get somone into to do it - it's tough work. Otherwise you could hire one for around 30-40e for the day and do it yourself. The lawn turf should cost around 200e, but not sure how much to lay it as I also done this myself.
