Hey guys newbie here, Im just after applying for a job with AIB last week and as I am new to this whole applying for a job thing, im just wondering how long should I be expected to wait for a reply, that is if I do get called for an interview. Many thanks :)

Normally larger organisations have standard letters that they will send out saying they have received your application and it will be x time when they review or some will just reply once they have shortlisted candidates for interview by which time your too late if you have not been selected.

Best to follow up with a call even if its to say " just checking you have received my cv".
