No. You can get BBC News24. See Sticky.
A different receiver and dish angle needed as they don't want UK viewers.
I have BBC World TV from several satellites, but not on a Digibox.

Indeed. The reason why BBC World is not on the same Astra satellite aimed at a domestic UK audience as all the other BBC channels, is that BBC World is not for a UK audience. The BBC make the point that BBC World has ads, and doesnt want the UK audience to see a BBC version with ads.
